How do I place an order? Simply browse our collection, select your desired items and sizes, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping information and payment details.

Can I modify or cancel my order? Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, your order enters our fulfillment process. Contact us immediately at [email] if you need to make changes.

SIZING & FIT
How do I choose the right size? Check our detailed size guide on each product page. Our oversized items are designed for a relaxed fit – if you prefer a more fitted look, consider sizing down.
What if the size doesn't fit? No problem! Check our returns and exchanges policy below.
Are your products unisex? Yes! All our items are designed with a unisex fit to suit all body types.
Do your products run true to size? Most items run true to size, but oversized pieces are intentionally larger. Always refer to the specific product's size guide.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
How do I return or exchange an item? Contact us at risemode.help@gmail.com to initiate a return or exchange. We'll provide you with a return label and instructions.
When will I receive my refund? Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Do you cover return shipping costs? Return shipping is free for exchanges. For refunds, a small shipping fee may apply unless the item is defective.

How do I care for my organic athletic wear?
- Machine wash cold with similar colors
- Use mild, eco-friendly detergent
- Hang dry or tumble dry low
- Avoid bleach and fabric softeners
- Iron on low if needed
Will the fabric shrink? Our organic materials may experience minimal shrinkage (2-3%) after the first wash. Follow care instructions to minimize this.
How do I maintain the quality of my gear? Wash less frequently when possible, avoid high heat, and store in a cool, dry place. Your gear is built to last with proper care.

What makes your products sustainable? We use certified organic materials, eco-friendly dyes, and ethical manufacturing processes. Every piece is designed to minimize environmental impact.
Are your products certified organic? Yes! Our organic items carry GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) or equivalent certifications.
