Thank you for shopping with us. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Made-to-Order Products

All of our products are made to order. This means each item is custom-produced specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind.

Please review the size guide carefully before completing your purchase.


2. Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or replacements under the following circumstances:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective

  • You receive the wrong product

If your order meets one of these conditions, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To request a replacement or refund, please email:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Failure to provide photo evidence may result in denial of the claim.


3. Refunds

If your claim is approved:

  • A replacement will be sent at no additional cost
    OR

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and can take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


4. Incorrect Address

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and the order is returned, you will be responsible for the reshipping cost.

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.


6. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our made-to-order streetwear and gym apparel, we do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size chosen by customer

  • Color variations due to screen differences

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Sale or discounted items


7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to provide all necessary documentation to the payment provider to dispute the claim.

We encourage customers to contact us first so we can resolve any issue quickly and professionally.

International Orders & EU Customers

For customers located in the European Union, please note that according to EU consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to order or clearly personalized.

Since all our products are custom-made upon purchase, they are exempt from the 14-day cancellation period.
